Russell Development Group was founded in 1996 as a two-man framing crew in Middle Tennessee. Today we run commercial and residential work as separate divisions with dedicated project teams, shared engineering, and the same superintendent sign-off on every pour, weld and punch list item.

Preconstruction
Budget, schedule and constructability reviewed before a single line is drawn. You get a number you can hold us to.

Design coordination
Architects, engineers and trade partners in one model, so conflicts are found on screen and not on site.

Construction
A named superintendent, daily site reports and a weekly walk. Self-performed concrete and framing protect the schedule.

Handover
Commissioning, as-builts, warranties and a punch list closed before you move in, not after.
