An eight-story office tower built over an occupied parking structure, with a glass curtain wall tuned to afternoon sun.
The vision
The client wanted a workplace that reads as infrastructure: honest materials, generous daylight, and a ground floor that gives something back to the street.
The execution
We phased the foundations around a live parking deck, then erected a steel frame with a two-week-per-floor cycle. Unitized curtain wall panels were pre-assembled to keep the facade weather-tight before the interior fit-out began.
